OK, the bowl season is well underway, and surprisingly, I have only watched two of the games. Here are my thoughts.
-Central Michigan vs. Purdue: Keep in mind, this was the first time I had seen either team play. I realize that one game does not necessarily make for fully informed opinions (the word “opinions” always [...]

She seemed to pure and innocent. Maybe it’s really not that bad, and she is doing just fine. I hope so.

Ok, this happened in the Dallas-Philadelphia game last week, and I don’t know if it was purely the player’s decision, or if the coach had anything to do with it, but I’m going to include it in the list of coaching pet peeves. See previous posts for peeves 1-6.
#7. With the Eagles leading the Cowboys [...]

So we have established who “we” are. Now for who “I” are.
-I am a dude who likes sports.
-I am a dude who has intertron access.
Due to those two points, I am very qualified to say whatever I want with absolute correctitude. Like shortsideoption said, everything on the interweb is true.

Sure enough, marriage has changed good ol’ shortsideoption. He used to be posting blogs all the time, stimulating our minds with tidbits of info and the occasional joke, until the wifey got a hold of him and apparently hid his webinet from him. Come back shortsideoption, the intertron misses you.
Also, assuming Kevin Sumlin is officially [...]

OK, so it looks like Miles is staying at LSU, and he was only talking to Michigan to help them with their search. He is mostly off the hook now.
However, every negative thing I said about him yesterday shall now be applied to Bobby Petrino.

Add this to the ongoing list:
6. When a team is going to kick a game winning or game tying field goal and is letting the clock run down, why oh why do they usually call that timeout with 3, 4, 5, sometimes 6 or 7 seconds left? Why not wait until the clock reads 0:01? Teams [...]

-I’ve been saying it all year long, Vince Young is the most overrated player in the history of the NFL. Not the worst player ever, but arguably the worst starting quarterback in the entire league (look at the numbers- they’ll probably shock you), yet they gave him the rookie of the year award last year, [...]
